If payment has already been received and the order is cancelled by MyPhCart, the applicable refund will be processed as per our Refund Policy.

Prices may include or exclude taxes depending on website settings, product category and checkout display.

The final payable amount, including product price, applicable GST, shipping charge, COD charge, handling charge or discount, will be shown at checkout before order confirmation.

MyPhCart does not store complete debit card, credit card, UPI, net banking, wallet or other sensitive payment details on the website.

Payment approval, failure, refund timeline and transaction confirmation may depend on the payment gateway, checkout partner, bank or payment service provider.

12. Cash on Delivery

Cash on Delivery may be available for eligible products and eligible PIN codes.

COD availability may depend on:

16. Free Shipping

MyPhCart currently provides free shipping across India on eligible orders.

If any special shipping charge, handling charge, express delivery charge or other logistics charge applies in the future, the same will be shown before order confirmation or at checkout.

17. Delivery Failure

An order may fail or return to origin due to:

• Wrong PIN code

• Customer not reachable
• Customer refusing delivery
• COD amount not paid
• Restricted location

If the order returns due to customer-related reasons, re-shipping may depend on product availability, courier serviceability and additional shipping cost, if applicable.

18. Returns, Refunds and Exchanges

Returns, refunds and exchanges are governed by our Return, Refund & Exchange Policy and Refund Policy.

Different products may have different return or refund request windows.

For Domestic Gas Safety Device and Commercial LPG Safety Device, customers may raise return/refund-related requests within:

20 days from the date of delivery

For siren alarm, hooter alarm, LPG gas detector, keychain alarm, pepper spray and other similar safety products, customers may raise return/refund-related requests within:

3 days from the date of delivery

Return, refund or exchange approval is subject to product condition, applicable policy, unboxing video, inspection and verification.

19. Pepper Spray Terms

Pepper spray is a safety and self-protection product.

Customers must use pepper spray responsibly, lawfully and only for permitted self-protection purposes.

Due to safety, hygiene and responsible-use reasons:

Opened or used pepper spray will not be accepted for return, refund or exchange.

Pepper spray return/refund/exchange may be considered only in valid cases such as damaged, leaked, defective, expired, wrong or missing item, subject to applicable policy.

MyPhCart will not be responsible for unlawful, careless, harmful or improper use of pepper spray by the customer or any third party.

20. Mandatory Unboxing Video

For claims related to damaged product, defective product, wrong product, missing item, leaked product or expired product, an unboxing video is mandatory.

The unboxing video should clearly show:

• Sealed parcel before opening
• Shipping label
• Opening of the parcel
• Product condition
• All items received inside the package
• Damage, leakage or missing item, if any

MyPhCart may reject claims if the unboxing video is not provided or does not clearly support the claim.

21. Warranty

Warranty terms may differ by product.

Domestic Gas Safety Device may carry:

36 months manufacturer warranty

MyPhCart will support customers in the warranty claim or replacement process.

Warranty is applicable only for manufacturing defects and is subject to manufacturer inspection and manufacturer warranty terms.

Commercial LPG Safety Device warranty, if applicable, will be as mentioned on the product page, invoice, product packaging or manufacturer warranty terms.

Other products such as LPG gas detectors, siren alarms, hooter alarms, keychain alarms and pepper spray may not carry any warranty unless specifically mentioned on the product page, invoice or product packaging.

22. Warranty Exclusions

Warranty will not cover:

• Wrong installation
• Misuse
• Tampering
• Modification
• Physical damage
• Unauthorized repair
• Careless use
• Damage due to improper handling
• Damage due to use against manual or safety instructions
• Normal wear and tear, unless specifically covered by manufacturer

Warranty approval will be subject to manufacturer inspection and applicable warranty terms.

23. Installation and Use Disclaimer for Gas Safety Products

Customers must carefully read and follow the product manual, safety instructions and installation guide before using gas safety products.

MyPhCart will not be responsible for any issue, loss, damage, accident or malfunction caused due to:

• Wrong installation
• Improper use
• Misuse
• Product modification
• Tampering
• Physical damage
• Careless handling
• Unauthorized repair
• Failure to follow the manual or safety instructions

Customers must continue to follow all standard LPG/gas safety practices.

24. Important Safety Product Disclaimer

Safety products are preventive and supportive products.

No safety product can guarantee complete prevention of all accidents in every situation.

Customers are responsible for using products responsibly, legally and according to the instructions provided.

For any gas smell, leakage, fire risk or emergency situation, customers should immediately turn off the gas supply, avoid flames or electrical switches, move to a safe place and contact the appropriate emergency service, gas service provider or local authority.

25. Product Suitability

Customers are responsible for checking whether a product is suitable for their intended use before purchase.

Product suitability may depend on:

• Product type
• Usage environment
• Installation method
• Gas type
• Cylinder type
• Safety requirement
• Local conditions
• Customer’s intended purpose

Customers may contact MyPhCart support before purchase if they need guidance. However, final product selection and usage responsibility remains with the customer.
